Jupiters photostory

This is our photo story on the planet Jupiter. One thing we really did well was how far Jupiter is from Earth and how long it would take to get there.Next time we will do the atmosphere differently.Something I learned about the Solar System is Jupiter has many gasses made of hydrogen and helium.A question I still have is are there any living things there?Well we were working , I think we were really creative for our pictures

  1. Great job team! I have a few questions: why do you weigh more on Jupiter? Is there stronger gravity? If the gravity is stronger why?

I also am curious why the day is shorter, but the year is longer. Why is the day only 10 hours and the year is 12 years long?

    Thanks!

  2. It looks like you are learning lots about Jupiter. I wonder how many planet Earths would fit inside Jupiter? I have heard that Jupiter has several moons, did your team discover how many moons Jupiter has?

  4. We weigh more pounds on Jupiter because the gravity is stronger than us. I dont know why a day is 10 Earth hours, but I do know why a year is 12 Earth years, because it will take 12 Earth years to travle our sun.

  10. Hey Guys,

So, gravity is stronger on Jupiter. That explains why we weigh more. Do you know why the gravity is stronger? I wonder if Mr. Tarwater's comment is relevant. Is gravity stronger because of the size of Jupiter? Does the size of the object in space account for the strength of gravity? Do big planets have stronger gravity than small planets?

    Thanks for your project,

  12. Yes Jupters great red spot will remain forever because jupiters great red spot keeps moving and moving until the remain of time.I know that jupiter got hit by a comet just like Uranus and that is how jupter got its great red spot.
