Sport Cards

The thing that I did best on my photostory was that I spoke loud and clear. The thing that I struggled with was that I said sport cards yo much. Next time I will try to not say the topic to much.

My How-To writing, Taking Care of Chameleons

1. The best part of my essay is that I wrote about our cool class chameleons and that when you read my writing you could take care one of the chameleons at home by yourself.
2. The part is that still needs work is on my 2nd paragraph because I don't have so much details and sentences.
3. The main thing I learned about expository writing is to not try to do a perfect writng because nobody can is perfect. Also I learned that I should try not to rush on my writing.
4. Next time I do and expository essay, I would like to try to put 1 or 2 more sentences in my topic paragraph and my conclusion paragraph.

The Clovis People

The clovis people from Colorado.The clovis people hunt by using pointy spears and they used atlatl to help them throw pointy spears.

The clovis people ate mammoths and ground sloths.

The clovis people lived in caves with little camps in the caves.

Some interesting facts about the clovis people is that the clovis people died because the ice age broke and all the grass and plants died and so the mammoths became extinct because they had nothing to eat and they died so the clovis people had nothing to eat and they died also.And the last interesting fact about the clovis people is that they lived during 9000 B.C.The clovis people are the oldest people in Colorado History.

This is what we liked on our sun photostory video is that we put cool pictures and a lot of details.

This is what we are going to do differntly next time,we will do 50% for our narration.

Overall,we feel great about how good we did on our photostory.

Matt Holliday

I admire Matt Holliday because he has 36 home runs, 340. batting average, 137 Runs Batted In, and 214 base hits during the 2007 season. Also I admire Matt Holliday because he’s really cool and awesome and he’s a really good player. Next, I admire Matt Holliday I admire Matt Holliday because last year he was also good he had 34 home runs, 326. batting average, 114 runs batted in, and 202 base hits. He was good last year but this year he’s amazing. And whenever he’s n base and Todd Helton is next to bat and Todd Helton hits a home run and they get to home plate he appreciates that Todd Helton hit a home run and that’s teamwork. And that’s the reason why I admire Matt Holliday.

What I like most about my writng is when I put alot of details in the funny part of the story. Next time,I will work harder on to put more writing in my paragraphs. Overall,I fell really great about my writing.
